Overseas Key Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze existing and potential key clients, uncover their latent needs, and recommend corresponding products.
  2. Provide optimal product solutions to clients based on their specific needs.
  3. Maintain close contact with clients, regularly communicating via email, teleconferences, or visits with overseas clients.
  4. Coordinate internal and external company resources to resolve issues arising during project implementation, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversee the entire order process, including follow-up and management, to meet customer requirements regarding delivery, quality, and service.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, English, or related fields (exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates).
  2. CET-6 or TEM-4 level or above, capable of independent email and phone communication with foreign clients, and able to visit clients and advance project progress independently (exceptions may be made for outstanding candidates).
  3. Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with a technical background preferred.
  4. Familiarity with international trade operation procedures and relevant laws and regulations is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for overseas operation and promotion of products, including but not limited to partnership engagement, market promotion, and channel expansion.
  2. Understand the overseas market conditions, pay attention to the growth methods of overseas users, and regularly produce traffic reports.
  3. In charge of the operation of the product's overseas official website and B2B platforms (MIC, DI), including daily product maintenance, SEO, and SEM coordination.
  4. Familiar with overseas media (LinkedIn) channels and tools, with strong event planning and execution capabilities.
  5. Responsible for writing English and other relevant promotional and cooperation articles.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of two years of experience in B2B e-commerce platform promotion for foreign trade.
  2. Familiar with B2B foreign trade platform rules, proficient in operation planning, risk assessment, and able to independently plan and execute related promotion and marketing activities.
  3. College degree or above, with English proficiency at CET-6 level or higher.
  4. Proactive, highly responsible, goal-oriented, action-oriented, innovative, and able to take on challenges.
