Social Recruitment
Keyto will regularly train new hires to understand the company, integrate into Keyto, confirm career choices, accept rules, clarify goals/responsibilities, master procedures, and quickly enter roles. Onboarding training occurs monthly, organized by HR and taught by internal instructors in various forms.
Campus Recruitment
Keyto focuses on college students, providing full attention & training from pre- to post-employment. Before joining, a 'workplace relay plan' offers exercise, learning, & communication platforms. Post-joining, HR arranges a 6-12 day 'Keyto+New Power' training for quick work environment adaptation. Post-posting, one-on-one mentoring & diverse training help students master job skills & grow.

01 Onboarding
01 Entry docs (ID, grad cert, vocational cert copy, resignation cert, social security list, medical form, photo)
02 Fill out Employee Registration Form
03 Sign Employment Declaration, Labor Contract, Confidentiality Agreement, Service Invention Commitment, Rules Notice, Safety Production Commitment, Responsibility Letter, Probation
04 Assessment Form, etc.
05 Collect office supplies
06 Introduce company, colleagues, mentors
07 Assign seat, email, extension (if any)
02 Trial Period
1. Employee probationary period of 3-6 months/Employee probationary period of 2 months
2. If the probationary period position is not qualified, the probationary period will end
3. During the probation period, if there are significant violations of rules and regulations, the probation will be terminated
03 Formal
1. 15 days before the end of the probationary period, I will arrange for a formal defense based on the position situation. I will fill out the "Application Form for Formal Confirmation"
2. After the department signs the opinion, it is submitted to the Human Resources and Administration Department for signature
3. The Human Resources and Administration Department will submit the application form to the General Manager for approval
