Manifold is a product independently developed by Keyto. Our diffusion bonded manifolds is made by molecular bonding of two or more layers of processed parts with certain flow path characteristics. It can be customized according to user’s needs, and can be made into up to five layers. The bonded manifold integrates sample addition, dilution, reagent addition, reaction, separation, and detection, saving reagent sampling. It can realize reagent mixing, reagent distribution, component integration and other functions.
We support multi-level and multi-fluid path rotary cutting options. PMMA, PEI, PVC and other materials are used. There are O-type, square and D-type flow path structure options in structure. Among them, O-type bonding parts have large fluidity, low resistance, and are not easy to produce dead accumulation residue. It is Keyto's characteristic process technology with mature and stable mass production capabilities.
