Product Overview
The Movement Mechanism is designed to work with SADP products and Z-axis units to achieve uniform variable spacing functionality in the X-axis direction. This enables SADP tip-to-tip spacing to adapt to different spacing requirements for tip racks, sample tubes, and reagent kits. When combined with multiple Z-axis and SADP units, the system is collectively known as the SADP Flexible Multi-Channel Pipetting System, abbreviated as MSADP (Multi Superb Air Displacement Pipettor).
MSADP typically serves as the core module in liquid handling workstations. The Movement Mechanism control board functions as the MSADP master node, receiving unified commands from the host system and coordinating control of SADP units, Z-axis, and the movement mechanism. This design enables users to quickly and easily integrate the system into their equipment, significantly reducing development cycles.
