After several months of expert guidance and evaluation, and review by professional institutions, Keyto Fluid passed the ISO14001 environmental management system audit. As a result, within the scope of ecological management involved in the design and production of fluid control components and related accessories, it complies with the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system standard.
As a core fluid component solution provider in medical health and environmental monitoring, Keyto always remembers its original intention. The ecological management layout was already in preparation two years ago, and this evaluation was successfully passed. It is also another milestone for Keyto after ISO9001 and ISO13485 certifications.
ISO14001 is a system standard related to environmental management, which integrates the experience of many developed countries in ecological management and forms a complete, scientific, and highly operational system standard. The standard requires effective control over the entire production process of the enterprise, from the initial design to the final products and services, considering reducing the generation, emissions, and environmental impact of pollution.
In this audit, everyone from managers to employees actively participated in optimizing the content related to environmental management in their daily work. Advocate for internal ecological laws and regulations, avoid and prevent environmental pollution factors, and continuously implement relevant certification requirements.
Our company actively develops ecological management system documents before conducting ISO14001 certification. These documents include ecological policies, environmental objectives, ecological management manuals, procedural documents, and record files.
Multiple internal audit meetings were held after developing the environmental management system documents. Internal audit is a process of self-inspection by Keyto, which can help the company identify and solve problems on time and prepare for subsequent external agency certification audits.
Before conducting ISO14001 certification, our company provides employee training and awareness raising. This training includes basic knowledge of environmental management, requirements of environmental regulations, preparation, and implementation of environmental management system documents, etc.
After completing the internal audit and training, the external certification body conducts a one-week process record audit, mainly reviewing the company's environmental management system documents and implementation status.
