Recently, Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical (Snibe Diagnostic), together with Keyto and Shenzhen University, have jointly completed a key technology research and development project for high-pressure-resistant and long-life isolation solenoid valves for medical instruments (project number: 2019N015), initiated by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee.
Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical(Snibe Diagnostic), serving as the demand user and verifier unit for medical instrument components, Shenzhen University as the scientific research exploration unit, and Keyto as the requirement sorting and technical feasibility realization unit, have played their respective advantages to deeply carry out technical integration and innovative cooperation.
In aspects such as project initiation, program evaluation, material selection, parameter setting, and reliability verification, after multiple reviews and discussions, the efforts have paid off, and a new type of high-pressure-resistant, long-life isolation solenoid valve has been successfully developed. This solenoid valve not only possesses excellent pressure resistance and durability but also features quick response and low leakage, meeting the application needs under various complex conditions of medical instruments.
Moreover, after its successful development, this isolation solenoid valve underwent stringent reliability validation and performance stability assessment. All performance indicators met the breakthrough requirements and successfully passed the qualified acceptance by the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee.
The achievement not only demonstrates the technical interconnection in health medical research and development among Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical(Snibe Diagnostic), Keyto, and Shenzhen University but also injects new vitality into the vigorous development of China's medical device industry.
